Reduced Steam | How to Videos | Symphony™ Vacuum and Steam Mop

If your Symphony™ is performing with reduced steam or no steam at all there are a few quick solutions to restore full steaming capacity.
For instance, if the water tank is empty, refill the tank following these few steps:
  • First, open the EZ fill opening of the water tank, and use the included water cup to fill the water tank with water
    • Use room-temperature distilled water for best results
  • Once the tank is full normal steam levels should be restored
  • If lowered steam persists, you may need to select a steam level, be sure to hold the steam trigger to activate steam
  • Select a steam level by pushing the steam level button until you've reached your desired steam level
  • Finally, lowered steam may be caused by improper installation of the water filter
  • For proper installation, push filter firmly into the unit until it's flush
  • Once flush, full steam should be restored
Should you run into any issues with low suction or low steam these simple solutions should restore your BISSELL Symphony™ to its proper working condition quickly
