If your TurboClean™ has reduced or no spray these tips may help.

  • To start, first unplug and turn off your machine
  • Your clean tank might be empty, and will need to be refilled
  • First remove the clean water tank by lifting it straight up and away from the lower body
  • Flip the tank so the cap is up and remove it by twisting counter clockwise
  • Now fill the tank with warm tap water to the water fill line
  • Then fill the rest of the tank with the correct formula to the formula fill line
  • Replace the cap then tighten by twisting clockwise
  • Now place the clean water tank on the back of the unit. You will hear a click when it is in place
  • The lint screen on the clean water tank cap may be clogged
  • Remove the clean water tank by pulling straight up and away from the lower body
  • Now remove the cap by twisting counter clockwise
  • Soak the cap in warm water
  • Then rinse the cap under running water
  • The spray nozzle may be clogged
  • First, remove the collection tank by pulling up and out on the latches on both sides of the tank.
  • Carefully remove the tank by lifting up on the tank carry handle
  • To remove the nozzle, with the collection tank off the unit, gently pull the two tabs that point up near the front of the unit. Unhook the nozzle to remove it
  • Now rinse the nozzle under running water and set it aside to dry.
  • Once dry you can reattach the nozzle. Tilt the machine back slightly and align the nozzle hooks to the bottom of the foot. Rotate the nozzle up to click in back into place
  • The upper handle might not be in the correct upright and locked position
  • Loosen the handle lock by rotating it counter clockwise
  • Now pull the handle up and twist the handle lock clockwise to lock the handle in place
  • The clean water tank might not be seated properly
  • Remove the clean tank by pulling up and away from the lower body
  • Make sure the cap is secured by twisting it clockwise
  • Place the clean water tank back into the lower body, cap down, until it clicks into place

That’s it! Your TurboClean™ is ready to use again!
