The water coming out of my ProHeat Series machine is not hot. What could be wrong and how do I correct the problem?


Please try the following suggestions to correct the issue:

  •  Check to make sure both the power switch and the SmartTemp switch are set to the ON position. (The power switch MUST be ON in order for the heating element to activate).
  •  The heater will increase the water temperature by 25°F. You will want to start with hot tap water in the bladder(Not boiling or microwaved).
  •  Allow heater to warm up for about 2 minutes. Note: The upholstery hose does not spray heated water.
