No Power | How to Videos | SmartClean® Canister Vacuum

If you’re having power issues with your SmartClean Canister Vacuum, we’ll help you fix the issue in this video.
  • First, make sure you turn off and unplug your machine.
  • Pull the cord out until you see the yellow mark. Don’t pull past the red mark.
  • Run your hand along the power cord to make sure it’s smooth and not damaged.
  • If it is damaged, contact our Consumer Care team.
  • If the cord is okay, check that the outlet you’re using is working.
  • To check, plug a cell phone and charged into the outlet.
  • If there’s still no power, check a second outlet in the room.
  • If both are not working, reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
Once you fix the circuit issues, you can get back to cleaning.
