Assembling your PowerLifter™ Swivel Pet vacuum is easy. In this video, we’ll show you how:
- All you need is a Phillips screwdriver
- First, put the Upper Handle on the base and push it down
- There should be two screws taped to the handle in a plastic bag. Using your Phillips screwdriver, secure the screws to the back of the handle
- Next, insert the lower cord wrap and turn it clockwise to lock it in place. Then, attach the tool holder to the side of the unit
- Put the stretch hose into the body of the vacuum and align the tabs with the slot. Then push in and rotate clockwise until it locks into place
- Wrap the hose up and around the hose wrap on the handle
- Slide the unconnected end of the hose into the side of the vacuum base
- Then wrap the power cord around the upper and lower cord wrap
- Now is the time to install the optional Febreze Filter if you’d like. To do so, simply press the Tank Release Button and pull the tank away from the vacuum. Lift up on the tab on the lid and take the regular foam filter out and replace with the Febreze Filter. Put the lid back on and put the Dirt Tank back on the body
- The tools that came with your vacuum store neatly on the unit. Put the crevice tool inside the extension wand and the wand on the back of the base
- The Pet TurboEraser stores on the front of the vacuum
- The Pet Hair Eraser tool sits on the side of the machine
- Assembling your machine is simple! Now you can start cleaning with your PowerLifter Swivel Pet vacuum!
- To get started, plug your machine into a properly grounded outlet
- Turn the vacuum ON by pressing the red power button on the foot, then recline the machine by pressing the recline pedal
- You can turn the dial on the front of the foot to your desired floor setting. For the best performance, adjust to the lowest practical setting. If your vacuum is difficult to push, adjust to the next higher setting
