No Suction | How to Videos | JetScrub™ Pet

 

If your JetScrub Pet loses suction, follow these steps to get things up and running.

  • First, make sure your machine is turned off and unplugged.
  •  Then check to see if the Dirty Water Tank is full or damaged. If it’s damaged order a new one on BISSELL.com.
  • If it needs to be emptied, follow the steps for emptying and cleaning the tank in our “After Cleaning Care” video. 
  • Plug the machine in and pick a cleaning mode to turn the machine on.
  • Feel for suction at the motor vent. If you don’t feel anything, contact our Consumer Care team.
  • If you do feel suction, turn off and unplug the machine
  • Check the machine’s debris path below the dirty water tank and clear if necessary.
  • Put the dirty water tank back together and into the machine.
  • Remove the nozzle from the foot of the machine and check for cracks or damage.
  • If there are any, order a replacement on BISSELL.com.
  • Clean the nozzle with the Nozzle Clean Out tool. Then, rinse it with warm water.
  • Clear any debris you see from the suction gasket right above the brush roll.
  • Put the nozzle back on your machine.
  • Plug in your machine and select a cleaning mode.

  • Hold down the spray trigger make one wet and one dry pass to test the suction.

  • You should see dirty solution flowing up the nozzle.
  • If there’s still no suction, contact our Consumer Care team.

If there is suction, you can get back to cleaning!
