No Suction | How to Videos | Pet Hair Eraser®

Your Pet Hair Eraser could be clogged or not set correctly for picking up dirt and debris. Here's some tips to fix that.

  • Check to make sure the Vacuum Suction Knob is turned towards "Floor Suction."
  • Or there could be large debris clogging the brush roll rotation.
  • Your dirt container may not be seated properly or may be full. Press the Tank Release button and remove. Empty the dirt container over a trash bin by pressing the empty button. Then replace the tank correctly until it clicks.
  • The main hose needs to be connected. Push the hose in firmly to secure the latch.
  • Check your hose for any cracks or holes that can cause loss of suction.
  • You may also have a clog in the lower hose. Pull down and at an angle to disconnect.
  • A clog in the main hose could also be the problem. Disconnect the hose to check.

These few quick tips should get your Pet Hair Eraser back to cleaning.
