If your TurboClean™ has reduced or no suction these tips may help.

  • To start, first unplug and turn off your machine
  • The collection tank may not be properly aligned
  • First, release the side latches on the tank by pulling them up and out
  • Check the tanks alignment by making sure its sturdy on the foot of the machine
  • Close the side latches by hooking the upper part to the ridge on the side of the tank and pushing the bottom part down until each latch clicks into place
  • The collection tank might be full
  • First, remove the collection tank by pulling up and out on the latches on both sides of the tank.
  • Carefully remove the tank by lifting up on the tank carry handle
  • To empty the tank, pour out the contents through the opening on the back of the tank
  • Then rinse the tank thoroughly
  • Once clean, you can reattach the collection tank to the base of the machine. Secure both latches on the sides of the tank
  • The removable nozzle may be full of debris or not installed properly
  • First, remove the collection tank by pulling up and out on the latches on both sides of the tank.
  • Carefully remove the tank by lifting up on the tank carry handle
  • To remove the nozzle, with the collection tank off the unit, gently pull the two tabs that point up near the front of the unit. Unhook the nozzle to remove it.
  • Now rinse the nozzle under running water and set it aside to dry.
  • Once dry you can reattach the nozzle. Tilt the machine back slightly and align the nozzle hooks to the bottom of the foot. Rotate the nozzle up to click in back into place
  • The lint screen under the collection tank may be clogged
  • First, remove the collection tank by pulling up and out on the latches on both sides of the tank.
  • Carefully remove the tank by lifting up on the tank carry handle
  • Remove any debris from the lint screen
  • Now reattach the collection tank to the base of the machine. Secure both latches on the sides of the tank.

That’s it! Your TurboClean™ is ready to use again
