Low suction or poor pickup may be due to a clog in the vacuum cleaner. If you notice a change in the sound of the vacuum or a reduction in the spinning action of the brush roll, check for clogs and clean the dirt tank.

Empty and clean the dirt tank, make sure there is not dirt around the separator. With the dirt tank removed, check the suction inlet located on the body of the vacuum, remove any debris.

Remove the hose end from the vacuum foot base and from the back of the vacuum by twisting the hose cuff counter clockwise.

Check the hose connection points and clean out any excess debris build up. Clear any clogs from inside the hose by using a long narrow object, such a broom stick.

Check to make sure there are no cracks in the hose. Connect the hose ends back to the vacuum.

If clog persists, check the rotating floor brush and drive belt.

If still no suction, please take the vacuum to an Authorized Service Center to have a Quality Technician inspect the unit.
