What should I do? Answer: First, check if the battery is fully charged. It takes 16 hours to charge after the initial 24 hour charge prior to your first use. Make sure the unit is in the “off” position before charging. See if the vacuum is securely placed in the charging base. Also, make sure the charging base adapter is plugged into a wall outlet.
