1. First, let’s check the pump belt to make sure it’s not damaged. You’ll find the door right below the Floor Cleaning/Tools dial. To open it, use a flathead screwdriver or something similar. 2. Check the brush and the belts on the underside of the base for damage or debris by removing it (you’ll need a Philips head screwdriver). If there are damaged parts they will need to be replaced. You can find all the parts you’ll need here: http://www.bissell.com/parts
