What is wrong? Answer: Check for clogs in the lower hose. Remove the screw from the left side of the lower hose on the back of the unit and straighten this section of the hose by pulling it down or lay the machine out flat and roll the machine on its side with the lower house toward the top side. (The foot release will need to be push twice in order for the machine to lay flat.) Look through the hose for any debris. Push a broomstick through the lower hose to unclog.
