What should I do? Answer: First, make sure the power cord isn’t twisted or knotted. Make sure the plug is disconnected from the outlet before rewinding. Hold onto the plug and press the rewind button to rewind the cord automatically. Make sure you’re not pulling out the cord too much, as this could damage the cord. The yellow marker means to stop pulling out the power cord. The red marker means it’s the end of the power cord and you should rewind to the yellow marker.
