1. Unplug the ReadyClean® and check the entire length of the power cord and the plug to see if it’s damaged. Run the palm of your hand down the entire length of the cord and feel for any edges. The cord should be smooth all the way down. If the cord is damaged, please take your deep cleaner to a technician. 2. Make sure the cord is plugged in to a working outlet. Try another appliance in the outlet or try a different outlet just to double check.
3. If you still have no power, at this point you should take your deep cleaner to an Authorized Service Center. See the above link to find one near you.
