What should I do? Answer: Make sure the heater light is on. If it’s not, turn the heater on and wait for about 1 minute. Make sure there is liquid in the solution tank. Touch carefully alongside the machine where the heater is and feel for warmth. The heater will only heat water 25 degrees hotter. If you’re using a pad, the pad may need to be saturated before you notice the heated solution or water coming through the pad. We don’t recommend running the heater while dry vacuuming. If still don’t have heat, please take your cleaner to a technician.
