If you’re experiencing no power with your SpinWave, follow these tips:
- With the machine unplugged, make sure there is no damage anywhere on the power cord
- Check to see if the outlet is working. You can test this by plugging something small like a cell phone charger into the outlet
- Often homes have several outlets on the same breaker, and the breaker can be tripped if multiple appliances are plugged into those outlets
- Try using an outlet in a different area or resetting any tripped breakers
- Remember, you can only turn the power on when the unit is reclined first
- Plus, when put upright, your SpinWave will always turn off automatically
- Lastly, the pads will stop spinning if there is too much resistance from pushing toward the floor, or stepping on the top
- Simply put the unit upright, then unplug it and plug it back in to reset
We hope these few tips get you back to cleaning!
