If you’re experiencing a leak coming from your SpinWave follow these tips:
- The cap on your clean water tank may not be tightly secured
- First remove the tank by lifting it straight up
- Remove the cap by twisting it counter clockwise. Screw the cap back on by twisting clockwise
- Flip the tank to see if it continues to leak. Several drips are normal, but should quickly stop. Replace the cap if it continues to leak
- Re-insert the tank by sliding it into place on the body until you hear a click
- It could also leak from the back of the foot
- If the water tank cap is leaking or not pushed in until it clicks, or the tank is cracked, your Spinwave will overflow out the back of the unit
- Check and replace the cap or tank if needed and push into the base until it clicks
We hope these few tips get you back to cleaning!
