No Power | How to Videos | SpinWave® Cordless

If you’re experiencing no power with your SpinWave® Cordless, follow these tips:

  • You may need to charge the unit. The LED display will indicate how much battery life is left
  • If no lights display when you press the power button, then the unit will need to be charged
  • If the unit doesn’t seem to be charging correctly here are some tips to help the issue
  • Make sure the charger plug is completely plugged into the outlet and the other end is fully inserted into the charging port on the unit
  • Be sure you’re using only the charger that came with your SpinWave® Cordless
  • Often homes have several outlets on the same breaker, and the breaker can be tripped if multiple appliances are plugged into those outlets
  • Try using an outlet in a different area or resetting any tripped breakers
  • Remember, you can only turn the power on when the unit is reclined first
  • Plus, when put upright, your SpinWave® will always turn off automatically
  • Lastly, the pads will stop spinning if there is too much resistance from pushing toward the floor, or stepping on the top
  • Turn the unit off or wait for 10 seconds for the lights and machine to turn off, then turn the unit on
