Error Codes | How to Videos | SmartClean® Robotic Vacuum

From time to time, the SmartClean unit may display an Error Code. The Error code will flash in red. This video will provide a quick overview of the possible Error Codes.
If ‘E1’ is displayed, the possible cause may be that the wheel is stuck.
Remove the vacuum from any obstacles and turn the power switch OFF and then ON.
If ‘E2' is displayed, the possible cause may be that the top cover is open or the dust bin lid is not installed.
Install dust bin properly and ensure that the top cover of the unit is closed.  The unit will detect when the error is fixed automatically.
If ‘E3’ is displayed, the bumper may be stuck.
Remove the vacuum from any obstacles.  The unit will detect when the error is fixed automatically.
If ‘E4’ or ‘E5’ is displayed, the unit has been lifted up from the floor or the floor is too dark for the vacuum.
Check the sensors on the bottom of the unit to ensure they are clean and put the vacuum back on the floor with the wheels both touching properly. If the floor is too dark for the unit, use the invisible wall to keep the robot off of that flooring. The unit will detect when the error is fixed automatically
If ‘E6’ is displayed the battery is not installed properly or the Power switch is not turned on.
To install the battery properly refer to the Battery installation video. Ensure that the Power Switch is in the ON Position.
On your LED display 99 will be displayed when the battery is fully charged and Lo will be displayed when the battery power is low.
