- Your ready light should automatically start blinking when you plug in the unit
- Make sure there is water in the tank
- If the ready light is not on, first make sure you plugged it into a working outlet
- Next, check the entire length of the power cord for damage
- If there is still no power contact BISSELL Consumer Care
