If you feel your Pet Stain Eraser has reduced or no power, follow these tips for help.
- First, make sure the unit is turned off
- The charger plug or cord may not be connected properly
- Make sure the charger plug is completely plugged into a wall outlet and the charging cord is completely plugged into the port found on the back of the unit
- You may be using the incorrect charger. Use only the charger that came with your machine.
