If your Pet Hair Eraser Canister Vacuum doesn’t have power, follow the steps in this video to fix the issue.
- First turn off and unplug your vacuum.
- Pull the cord out until you see the yellow mark. Don’t pull past the red mark.
- Run your hand along the entire length of the power cord to make sure it’s smooth and not damaged.
- If you notice damage, contact our Consumer Care team.
- If the issue is not your cord, check to make sure your outlet is working.
- You can test it by plugging in a cell phone charger to the outlet.
- If that outlet doesn’t work, try another outlet.
- If that second outlet doesn’t work, reset your circuit breaker.
