If you’re having a hard time pushing or pulling your Pet Hair Eraser Canister, we’ll help you fix the issue in this video.
- First check the airflow valve located under the handle. Sliding this open may make it easier to push your vacuum.
- It could also be that your suction is set too high.
- To fix, use the suction controls on the canister to adjust the suction settings.
- You can decrease the suction by pressing the minus symbol.
- You can also extend the wand slightly so the pushing and pulling movements are not so close to your body.
Once you find the right level of suction and the right height for your extension wand, you can get back to cleaning!
