If the brush roll on your Pet Hair Eraser Canister is not rotating, we’ll help you fix the issue in this video.
- The first cause could be that your brush roll button is turned off.
- To fix, press the brush roll button on.
- There may be an obstruction in your brush roll that’s keeping it from rotating.
- To fix, first make sure your machine is turned off and unplugged.
- Disconnect the foot and flip it over so the brush roll is facing up.
- To remove the brush roll, use a flathead screwdriver to turn the three screws above the brush roll counter-clockwise.
- Pull up to remove the unlocked sole plate.
- Grab the brush roll and remove it from the foot.
- Remove any debris on the brush roll or in the foot that you may see.
- If the belt is broken, order a replacement on BISSELL.com
- Once clean, put the brush roll back into the foot and reattach the sole plate by turning the screws clockwise into place.
Now that your brush roll is free from debris, you can get to cleaning!
