If your JetScrub Pet is not spraying solution, we’ll help you fix the issue in this video.
- First, be sure you’re pressing the spray trigger during all ‘wet passes’.
- Make sure the Clean Water Tank has solution in it. If not, follow the steps in our “Filling the Clean Water Tank” video.
- Make sure the Clean Water Tank is seated correctly on the machine.
- If it isn’t, turn off and unplug your machine, remove and reseat the tank until it clicks into place.
- This is also a good time to check for cracks or leaks in the tank. If it’s damaged, a replacement can be ordered on BISSELL.com.
- Once the tank is full, plug in the machine and hold the spray trigger for 10 to 15 seconds so the solution flows through the nozzle spray tips.
- You’ll know it’s working when solution bubbles under the nozzle.
- Press and hold the CleanShot button to test for spray from the CleanShot Nozzle.
- If there’s still no spray, turn off and unplug your machine. Remove the brush roll nozzle by pulling up on both sides of it.
- Check the spray tips for clogs. Use a paperclip to clear them.
-
With the nozzle still removed, plug the machine in and press express clean mode.
- Press the spray trigger and see if solution flows through the spray tips.
- If there’s no solution, contact our consumer care team.
- If there is, unplug the machine and reattach the nozzle.
-
Plug the machine back in and test the spray again. If solution flows through the spray tips but not the nozzle, you need to order a new nozzle on BISSELL.com.
If spray comes out of both, you can get back to cleaning!
