If your machine won’t turn on, follow these steps to get things up and running again.
- Unplug your machine.
- Make sure the power cord and the plug are not damaged.
- If either are, contact our Consumer Care team.
- Make sure the outlet works by plugging in a cell phone charger or small appliance.
- If it doesn’t work, check another outlet. If that one doesn’t work either, reset your circuit breaker.
- Once you find a working outlet, plug your machine in and see if the headlights turn on.
- If they do, your machine has power. For further troubleshooting, please follow the steps in our “Shuts Off Automatically” video.
- If the lights don’t turn on this means the machine has no power. Unplug the machine.
- Insert a screwdriver or similar object into the hole just below the top of the Quick Release Cord Wrap and remove the top of the handle.
- Reinsert the top of the handle so it clicks into place.
- Plug machine in and check for power.
- If it still won’t turn on, contact our Consumer Care department.
