If your JetScrub Pet is making excessive noise, we’ll help you fix the issue in this video.
- Your machine will make noise when it’s plugged in, reclined, a cleaning mode has been selected, and the brush roll is spinning. This is normal.
- Ensure the dirty water tank is seated properly and not damaged or cracked. If there is any tank damage go to BISSELL.com for a replacement.
- You’ll be able to tell your dirty water tank is full when the water reaches the ‘full’ line.
- When the dirty water tank is full the machine pitch will change. The machine is designed to stop picking up dirty solution when this occurs. It’s now time to empty your dirty water tank.
- Follow the steps in our “After Cleaning Care” video.
- If the tank is empty and the machine is still making excessive noise, check for debris or damage in the suction gasket.
- To access the suction gasket, first make sure your machine is unplugged. Then, remove the nozzle. You’ll see the suction gasket just above the brush roll.
- Remove any debris you see with a cloth. Check the nozzle for cracks before replacing it on the machine. If there’s any damage go to BISSELL.com for a replacement.
Now your machine should be good to go! However, if your machine continues to make excessive noise, contact our Consumer Care team.
