If the brush roll on your JetScrub Pet isn’t turning, first check and make sure it has power by plugging it in. If the LED lights don’t turn on, follow the steps in our “No Power” video.

• If the LED lights do turn on, recline your machine and select either deep or express clean mode to power on your machine. 
• If your brush roll is not turning, unplug the machine.
• Remove the nozzle by pulling up on both sides. Set the nozzle aside.
• Remove the brush roll by lifting up on the tab. Check for hair wrap around both ends of the brush roll. 
• Test the brush roll by holding the tab and spinning it. If it doesn’t spin, you need to order a replacement.

• Next check the drive gear on the right of the foot. Remove any debris and turn the gear by hand to make sure it spins. If it doesn’t spin, contact our Consumer Care department.

• Put the machine back together and test it to see if the brush roll spins.

• If it doesn’t spin, contact our Consumer Care department for additional steps.
