JetScrub™ Pet | How to Clean & Maintain

Once you’re done cleaning with your JetScrub Pet it needs a little maintenance to keep things running smooth and ensure it’s ready to clean next time.

  • First, make sure the machine is turned off and unplugged.
  • Empty the Dirty Water Tank by removing it from the machine.
  • Grab the tank lid and pull up to remove.
  • Remove the filter from the front of the tank lid.
  • Pour dirty water down the sink or toilet and toss any debris left in the tank or filter in the trash.
  • Rinse the tank, the lid, the float stack, and the filter in warm water.
  • Wipe the area where the Dirty Water Tank sits on the machine if it’s dirty.
  • Let parts sit out and dry completely before you put the tank assembly back together.
  • Once it’s put together, return the tank to the machine by angling the bottom in first, then the top. The tank should click into place.
  • The brush roll and nozzle need to be removed and cleaned as well.
  • Grab both sides of the nozzle and pull up.
  • Grab the brush roll tab and pull up to remove.
  • Use the nozzle clean out tool to remove hair and debris from the nozzle.
  • Both can be rinsed under warm water.
  • Clean the brush roll chamber with a cloth.
  • Let all pieces dry completely. If your machine came with a storage tray you can place them on the tray to dry.
  • Take machine off the storage tray. Replace the brush roll by inserting the right side of the brush first. Then lock the tab into place by pressing down.
  • Line the nozzle tabs up with the edges of the foot. Rotate back until it clicks into place.
  • Once your machine is clean and reassembled, you can easily store it compactly thanks to the collapsible handle.

  • Wrap the cord around the cord wraps and your machine will be ready for its next use.
