Charging & No Power | How to Videos | DigiPro® Robotic Vacuum

If you are experiencing no power with your SmartClean DigiPro, follow these simple steps:

  • First, make sure the power switch is set to the “on” position
  • The first time you charge your DigiPro, you’ll need to plug it directly into an outlet to get a full charge on the battery
  • Your machine won’t charge unless the power switch is set to the “on” position
  • The initial charge will take 4 to 5 hours
  • To recharge the battery after cleaning, your DigiPro will automatically find the docking station and begin charging once in place
  • To set up the docking station watch our “setting up the docking station video”
  • Your machine might not have power because the battery isn’t installed correctly
  • Make sure your machine is set to the “off” position before doing any maintenance
  • To access the battery set the machine upside down on a flat sturdy surface
  • Press on the grooves above the two circles of the battery cover and slide the cover toward you
  • Make sure the positive and negative terminals of the battery match the icons in the battery compartment of the machine

That’s it! Now you’re ready to put your DigiPro to work!
