No Suction | How to Videos | Lift-Off® Cleaner

Let's fix the loss of suction in your ProHeat 2X® Lift-Off®: 
  • One or both of your tanks may not be seated properly 
    • Pick each one up and make sure it fits snugly into your machine
  • While you're deep cleaner is unplugged, make sure the lip of the nozzle is securely hooked into the groove on the top of the nozzle itself 
  • The pod should not be slanted or ajar 
  • Attach the spot cleaner by pushing down firmly to check if it is properly in place 
  • As a sign of good cleaning your dirty water tank may be completely full and not able to take anymore
  • Empty your dirty tank into the sink and then replace it
  • Make sure the fluid levels in your clean water tank are filled 
  • Finally, check to make sure the suction gate is closed
  • ​​​​​​​Clean the red filter and clear out any debris from the suction gate 
Now that you've completed these easy steps you can get back to deep cleaning
