If your CrossWave® Cordless Max is hard to push while cleaning, we’ll help you fix the issue in this video.

• A thick, stuck-on mess could make it difficult to push your machine through, but once the mess is cleaned, your CrossWave® should move smoothly. Just be sure you’re using the proper setting for whatever floor type you’re cleaning.
• Keep your wheels free of debris as this could also make your CrossWave® hard to push. 
• Transitioning from cleaning hard floors to a rug may also make it hard to push. Keep in mind, the thicker the rug is, the more difficult it can be to push.
