Clearing Clogs | How to Videos | Cleanview® Vacuum w/ OnePass Technology® 9595

Video Transcript:
Poor pickup may be due to a clog in your CleanView vacuum. If you notice a change in the sound of the motor or lower suction, check for clogs.
First, empty the dirt tank.
Make sure the filters are clean. Refer to our Cleaning Filters video for instructions.
Next, remove the hose from the back of the vacuum and the base. Straighten the hose and use a broomstick to push any clogs out. Then check the hose connector on the back of the machine for obstructions.
Remove the screw that holds the lower hose on the vacuum. Straighten the lower hose and clear out any clogs that you see. Check both hoses for any cracks or other damage. If either hose looks worn, it will need to be replaced.
Dirty brushes or loose belts may also contribute to lowered suction. Refer to our Changing Belts video for instructions on how to check the brush roll and belt.
If your CleanView vacuum still has lower suction than normal after trying these steps, please visit the nearest BISSELL Authorized Service Center.
