When encountering the problem of your vacuum not turning, make sure to follow these simple instructions.

Remove the access plate located on the bottom of your machine covering the brush roll and check the brush and belt for damage.

If brush will not turn by hand, or belt is broken, replace the damaged part by ordering online at BISSELL.com.

Clean off any debris on the brush.

If the brush is still not turning, please take the unit to an Authorized Service Center to have a Quality Technician inspect the unit.
