If your Pet Hair Eraser is not picking up messes, it could be a simple fix.

• When using your machine, make sure the Vacuum Suction Knob is turned toward the part of the vacuum you want to use.
• To vacuum the floor, turn the knob so it is pointing to floor suction mode.
• If you want to use your tolls with the handle, hose, or wand, turn the knob so it is pointing to hose/tool suction.

Choosing where you want to suction will allow you to use your Pet Hair Eraser properly.
