If you turn on your unit and notice there is no suction coming from your grooming tool, there might be a few causes:
- First, check for hair buildup on the suction nozzle
- Next, check the area under the dirty water tank, it might be clogged with debris
- Remove the dirty water tank and clean any debris between the machine and the gasket
- When finished check to make sure the dirty water tank is seated properly
- Good as new!
