- Turn the power off.
- Using a coin, turn the groove counter clockwise to unlock the brush roll
- Remove the brush roll and check for any hair or debris.
- Replace your brush roll by re-inserting into the motorized foot.
- Using your coin again, turn the groove clockwise to lock the brush in place
