If you’re experiencing suction issues with your 3-in-1® Turbo Vac, we’ll help you fix the issue in this video.
- First make sure your vacuum is turned off and unplugged
- Pull the Dirt Tank Release Latch and remove the dirt tank
- Check the filter for dust and debris and remove if necessary
- The filter can be washed with warm water and mild detergent. Just make sure it’s completely dry before you put it back in the vacuum
- The machine shouldn’t be operated without the filter in place. If you need to replace a worn or damaged filter, a new one can be ordered at BISSELL.com
- Press the tab on the lower back of the machine to remove the foot
- Clear debris from the suction opening
- Make sure you can see the brush roll through the suction opening on the foot
- If you can’t, remove all debris from the suction openings and clean the brush roll
- Reinsert your filter into the dirt tank and reassemble your machine
Now you should be able to get back to cleaning with your 3-in-1® Turbo Vac!
