A really good & lightweight vacuum that has a nice really long cord.
The vacuum really sucked up a lot of dirt, more than I expected.
I liked the price and I hope this one sticks around for awhile.

I had tried three Bissell vacuums just in one week. The first was broken by the time fed ex brought it to the house, and was very noisy and hard to push. The second was also difficult to push and loud, it also was not the same vacuum that was on the display. I needed a second vacuum due to having stairs in the house and not wanting to carry one up and down stairs, especially after back surgery three weeks ago. I really loved the one I already had and was trying to find one similar. I realized the secret to my issue of having a vacuum that wasn't hard to push was to get one with the larger wheels in the back. That is how the one I already had was. I set out to find one today and found the total floors. I had very little trouble putting it together and once I did I liked how it was quieter than the others, but the best was that it was so easy to push. For those of you that have health issues that hinder being able to push a vacuum with ease I do recommend a Bissell, but mostly get one with the larger wheels in the back. (much easier to push) This vacuum was even lightweight, though I did not think it would be when I got it, it looked heavier. The only recommendation I would make is I wish it had a light in the front. Besides that I think I will be very pleased this vacuum, and would definately recommend it to anyone who has any physical limitations.

vac. Our old one went to vac TRASH and died. This BISSELL
will do the job, we hope.

Sweeper does not run long enough to finish a room without breaking a belt. Then it all has to be taken apart to fix. Would not buy another.

Easy to assemble. Pics in manual not very good though. Light weight compared to the Eureka it replaced. Much better cleaning of both carpet and hardwood compared to the Eureka and is quieter! Attachments easy to use and functional for our use. We have a German Shepard that is constantly shedding and we sweep daily, this machine is the ticket for us!

I AM REPLACING MY OLD BISSELL VAC THAT WENT TO HEAVEN WITH THIS ONE AND JUST THINK IT IS A GREAT VAC. FUN AND EASY TO USE PLUS LIGHTWEIGHT. IT HAS SUCTION THAT IS BETTER THAN ANYOTHER VAC I HAVE EVER OWED. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS BISSELL VAC.

I was surprised at the amount of dog hair and etc. this picked up after I ran my old one. I love the long cord as I don't have to continue changing outlets. I'm really very pleased with this.

I have many BISSELL products and love them all! My latest addition is the BISSELL Total Floors. It is very lightweight and powerful, it will suck the nails out of your carpet. The fabreeze filter is another great feature that fills the room with a very pleasant aroma. I also love the extra long cord which allows me to clean multiple rooms without unplugging.

My last Bissell died so i went and got this one and once we got it home there was no book, no warranty card or turbo brush... I will have to try and contact the store now and see what will happen.... GRRRRR

Second Bissell that we have owned and they both worked great. One thing that I would like to see is a better extension cord, both models had stiff cords (needs one like the Kirby). The new model that we purchased , we feel that the on/off switch could be in a better location. We still feel that the unit does a great job on dog and cat hair clean up.

Right out of the box the vacuum was easy to set up. After that went right to work with it and was very impressed with the junk it picked up out of the carpet that the old vacuum couldn't suck up.

This is just a great vacuum. I'd read some reviews where people thought it was heavy to move, the cord could be longer, the canister was too small, etc. I'm not sure what these people had prior but I disagree with all negative comments and absolutley recommend this product 100%. I vacuumed one area rug and was SHOCKED to see how much dirt and dust came out. I purchased 2 Bissells together 1 for upstairs and one for down - the other is the LIFT-off Multi cyclonic pet vacuum and I love them both just as much. Both are very well made and highly recommend this vacuum. I am just shocked at how much dirt came out of what I thought were clean carpets!! Thanks Bissell!

Recently bought my 2nd Hoover returned the junk after it fell apart within 6 months. Finally gave Bissell a chance and boy am I Happy. Only Question I have for this Vacuum will be can it stand the test of time. I own it 2 weeks and cannot find I single flaw. Attachments are nicely laid out on the unit. Suction power is off the charts. Could not believe the dirt it picked up after 1st use. Edge cleaner is nice option and love the febreze filter. Not to mention a 40'ft cord. Cannot go wrong with this one!!

together. The instructions with it were awful. I
had a friend on the phone trying to help me get
this thing together. I would not have bought it from
HSN if I had known it wasn't together with all the
hose clips etc. installed. I would have bought it
elsewhere, then I could have them put the thing
together. If you like frustration, you will like trying
to put it together. That is why the 3 stars.

We recently installed new carpet in our home - very nice, very expensve, very plush. Our old vacuum cleaner did not work on it. You couldn't push it. We tried our daughter's vacuum cleaner - same thing. Then, after some online research, our daughter bought us the Bissell and it was the answer. Not only does it work, but it cleans like no other vacuum we have ever owned and we love the fact that it is bagless. It also works on our new wooden floors. Handles the stairs with the stair attachment with ease. And is it ever quiet. We are impressed every time we use it. You know that your carpet and your floors are clean after using it and it is so easy to dump and clean the cannister afterwards. Thanks Bissell for making a truly great product.

I won this this from "THE TALK" .LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!It has great power,light weight,and love the fabreeze scent that fills the air. The lightweight feature is important for me since i have arthritis. I only wish the hose attachments would stay on better. And the instuction manual is grey on black and was hard to read.

I bought this vacuum 61C5-G less than two months ago and today the Drive Belt broke. I went to Bissell's site to get a replacement belt # 203-1730 and to my surprise it was out of stock. Where can I get a replacement Belt?

I received this vacuum for Christmas and so far I love it. It is very easy to use and is not hard to push and pull which is great. I love the option of turning off the brushes for floor cleaning as it keeps the trash from scattering and not being able to be picked up by the vacuum. I have not used all the tools yet, but look forward to them working as well.

This product is great, easy to use and the longer hose and cord are a plus. If you can catch it on sale, its worth the price. Only concern is that not all the attachments stay in place.

Purchased my vacum cleaner yesterday and i am pleasantly surprised by performance and versatility. It can do pretty much anything around house. We do not have any carpets, all wood floors but suction on this vacum cleaner is great so it was a perfect match for our needs. I would give it a five stars if "User Manual" was better. Sorry Bissell:).

Yes, I gave up and had to call the toll-free hotline in order to find out how to assemble MOST of the parts. The pictures were poorly taken (too dark to show the crucial elements) and both my husband and I were frustrated by the time it was all assembled. Just finding the crevice tool was a search! Even the video assumed I knew more about assembling the machine than I actually knew. But after it was all assembled, we are both very pleased with the results and how well it deep-cleans!

Had a Hoover Windtunnel for about 18 mos. and hated it. The Bissell is so much easier to use, has a longer cord and pushes a lot easier. It was easy to put together and does a great job of cleaning. The dust cup is easier to clean and replace than the Hoover. Just a allaround better machine.

Poor manual and pix instruction. Only by reading reviews did I learn of a video; notice of video should have been displayed prominently! Simply getting started by removing the filter door - how! Which way do I press to remove?? No direction! So I skipped the filter & now have a vacuum that is not yet ready. Still unable to remove the filter! Suppose I must call that 1-800 #!
Already dissatisfied - no light, no location for the crevice tool to reside, wand too short. I bought this model in a hurry because old vacuum died & I love Febreze! A MISTAKE IN THE MAKING!
Just hope it does not break a bunch of belts as some have indicated or is loud. I need to hear it running but there is still the filter issue - cannot remove the door to insert filter!

My old Bissell finally gave up the ghost. Today my new Total Floors arrived and using the online video was assembled and in use within 15 minutes. I was amazed at how much pet hair and dirt it pulled out of a 10x10 area that to the eye looked completely clean. I live in the mountains so the dogs are always bringing in dirt, leaves, and tiny gravel. The brushless feature is so nice and easy to turn off and on. My only question is the Edge Port. I can find nothing about how to use it, or what it's purpose is. Hopefully someone can answer this for me. Aside from that I will strongly recommend this product to anyone.

It does all it is advertised to do however, I found the assembly instructions very difficult to follow and poorly descriptive. Especially the tool mounting and storage areas. I gave up and just keep them seperate.
