1. Unplug the steam mop and check the entire length of the power cord and the plug to see if it’s damaged. Run the palm of your hand down the entire length of the cord and feel for any edges. The cord should be smooth all the way down. If the cord is damaged, please take your mop to a technician. 2. Make sure cord is plugged in to a working outlet. Try another appliance in the outlet or try a different outlet just to double check.
3. Give the mop plenty of time to heat up (at least 30 seconds) before trying to use the steam.
4. If you still have no power, at this point you should take your mop to an Authorized Service Center. See the above link to find one near you.
