My ProSeries Carpet Cleaner has no power. What should I check?


1. First make sure to try multiple working outlets.

2. Next, unplug your carpet cleaner and then check the entire power cord and plug to see if it’s damaged.  If it is, please take your carpet cleaner to a technician. You can find your nearest BISSELL® Authorized Service Center by clicking http://www.bissell.com/support/product-support/service-centers/ or by calling 1-800-237-7691 and choosing option #1, available 24 hours a day. If the cord isn’t damaged, it’d still be a good idea to take your cleaner into an authorized technician.
