What do I do? Answer: First, open the bag door and check to see if the bag is inserted properly. The bag should be inserted towards the inside of the dirt bin where the hole of the bag faces the hole of the suction inlet. Insert arrow down. Once the bag slides down in the white bag holder the bag holder should be pulled outward to click into place. If the bag holder isn’t clicked in to place, the door won’t close. The door should now be able to be closed properly, if not try readjusting the bag again. Still need help?
