My DeepClean Essential® is leaking. What can I do?


1. First, make sure you aren’t pressing the triggers on the handle or the hose attachment.

2. Next, double check that the water tank lid is on securely and that the water tank as a whole is in place in the cleaner.

3. Make sure the front nozzle is securely in place. The front nozzle is the clear plastic window at the base. Try taking it off and putting it back on. To remove it, grab the upper part of the nozzle (a clear window just below the band of colored plastic) and pull toward you.
