Rated 4 out of 5 by very good mop for its size This mop is very good for its size. I now wish I had an attachment, which the larger model has. The mop head is small, but a good size for my small kitchen and bathrooms. It takes more time than regular mopping, but it is worth it. I haven't seen the kitchen and bathroom floors so clean! (and I wash the kitchen floor every day) All three are tile floors, so I don't know how well it works on linoleum floors. I even used it on a wood floor and, like it states in the instruction booklet, it made some of the floor cloudy. As I am planning on resurfacing that floor soon anyway, I didn't care...I just wanted to get the surface dirt off...but, I wouldn't use it on the wood floors otherwise. The covers for the mop rinse out very nicely, and wash well. I bought two extra covers, but I won't need them for a while. April 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very nice!! I really enjoy having this steam mop. It is the first one I have owned, but after doing my research, I think the value is great. 1. It is lightweight (which saves my back), 2. the steam easily removes dried food off the floor from my son (so I don't have to scrub), 3. the machine is quiet (which is nice because my toddler is not afraid of it) 4. I never fill the water basin all the way and never run out and have a decent size kitchen. I also have plenty of cord. The only thing I have noticed in my 4 weeks or so of owning it is that if the cord comes away from the outlet just one tiny - and I mean eeensy-weensy - little bit - the steamer button stops working. I thought the machine had broken already. But I am sure that is a safety precaution. March 5, 2013

Although the mopes a year old it has been used very little( maybe a dozen times) it no longer will produce any steam and is useless to me. This will be the third steam mop I've bought from Bissell. Will not be buying a fourth. Will go back to the other leading brand of spray and mop for hard wood floors. On the bright side I have purchased the carpet pet stain steam cleaner and love it. Easy to use and very portable to do the stairs. So I would recommend that product just stay away from the hard wood floor steamers March 5, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Steam Mops I would give Bissell steam mops less than 1star. We have purchased two, only to have them not work at all in less than 6 months time. We liked how they cleaned initially, but had the same problem with both mops. They both just quit working. I don't think we will purchase another Bissell mop in the future. Be aware that the warranty is only for a short 3 month period of time. After that, you just might have to keep purchasing a new mop. March 4, 2013

We are very pleased with the results we have seen and were very disturbed and pleased by the amount of dirt the steam mop picked up. We never thought our floors were that dirty. We are very happy with how quick and easy the Steam Mop works. This is an excellent product for the price. The only negative is the size of the mop head. December 8, 2012

It was unable to be repaired so they replaced it with this one. It produces a lot of steam and I love that it stands by itself but I don't like how small the mop head is. When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
