The Steam&Sweep performed wonderfully and it has made cleaning floors much easier. No more having to sweep, then mop. About the only way I can think of to improve it is to make the dustbin larger and easier to empty by lifting it off the top.

I love it. Works great on my ceramic tile and my hardwood floors too. Does a fantastic job on my kitchen floors. I have one dog and four cats. I am 73 years old so it is a little heavy to move around but it will help me build up my muscles!

Had very poor experience with this product. Vacuum was poorly designed and would not get the dust off the ground as it was supposed to. Steam force was poor. The steam line started to leak water in less than a year of very light work.

The steamer seemed to leave streaks on my dark tile floor.
Perhaps it will improve as I use it more effectively.
I vacumed prior to using it, thinking that would be helpful since I have pets. Floor looked dull when finished and results were disappointing though I went over it again. Cleaning the dirt trap was a bit messy and getting that part to stay on the mop bottom was iffy. It did not stay on easily. My steamer did not come with instructions or warranty and I'm wondering if it was a defective machine returned to the store. Customer service was helpful in directing me to online instructions and guiding me in putting the sweeper together. They were able to register the product online. I just don't think all that time on the phone should have been neccessary. I will say the service person was very patient while I did what she told me to do, waited while I got on and off the phone, even though it was a tiresome activity.

I really like this Steam&Sweep the water reservoir last a lot longer than the older model I had and I like the way it removed the stains from the floor with the first pass, and the ease of removing the cleaning cloth after cleaning is really kool. Thank you Bissell!

Dear Bissell: I was so excited when I seen this product on line.I already have a bissell floor steamer that I purchased a few years back and I absolutely l love it.I was trying to kill two birds with one stone,but unfortunately this product did not work for me. I have wood floors throughout my house and tile in bathrooms,also two dogs. When using the steam and sweep I wasnt happy with the marks the rubber brushes left on my floor,I still had to go over it with my other mop..I have quite a large area to cover so it really didnt work for me because I still had to do it twice. I truly love bissell products and a clean house(floors) so if there is any other product you might have that would work for me let me know. I will be returning this very soon. Thank You

I have dogs and live in the country. need i say more ... this sweep and mop is great for the daily clean up of the traffic areas of the house. no it is not great for corners and it may leave a few streaks but for a quick clean on the major areas of the floor I am happy. The dirt pan release is a little weak and doesn't click on very well but other than that happy.

I have tile floors in my home and the steam and sweep does everything they say it does.. It's easy to use so you can use it often to keep your floors clean all the time. No more changing buckets of dirty water and waiting forever for the floor to dry.

While I like the mop somewhat, I do find that it has a fishy smell when I use it. I have only had it for about a month, so don't think it is a filter issue yet. Is there something I can do to alleviate the odor? I do also notice tons of streaks on my tile floor (but am loving it on my sealed wood floors)but did read that I may be using the trigger too much, so I am going to work on that now.

I recently purchases this steam/sweeper and I wish I had bought it sooner! I have health problems from Fibromyalgia to Lupus SLE, this sweeper allows me to be able to clean my floors is less time and I KNOW that it gets my floors completely clean. It is lightweight and very dependable. I own 3 BISSELL products and each is more reliable than the popular name brand units. Keep up the great work BISSELL, you are a part of my life!

this product had great reviews when I was looking for a steam mop, upon receipt I was very excited only to find out that my travertine floors look worse after I clean with this machine. I use distilled water and the streaking is super noticeable. every time I use it I feel like I have to give my floors another pass with a towel to dry the mess it leaves behind. I see steam coming out but I see water on my floors, a lot of water. It takes at least 15 minutes for the floors to dry each time I use it. very disappointing and a big waste of my money. I wish I could send it back and get my money back.

Bought this product about a year ago and seemed to work well on my tile Kitchen floor. The floor seems to feel clean after use. For some reason the steam part has stopped working. Is this typical for this product?

It worked alright, weak vacuum. But I was wondering how much steam I should see? I didn't see any. I could feel the heat when I took the pad off, but never saw steam. Is it supposed to be more of a heated water thing? Or should I see steam?

Love this product. I have a very bad back and waiting on surgery. This has enabled me to keep my floors spotless with no pain. I have read complaints about sweeper not picking up, it does not work on a heavy soiled floor. I sweep mine the old fashion way if to much has been dragged in by grandchildren and dogs. As far as not getting into corner, well neither does a mop. You will always have to give those a little swipe . Any streaking you have on title or wood floors could also be caused by the water in your area. I use distilled water only and have never had a mineral deposit or streak from chemicals used in our area in the water system. Bissell is my hero and have recommended it to all my friends. Thank you for your innovative product.

I am on my second steam and sweep floor cleaner, I think I wore the first one out-I love it.
I have dark wood flooring and floor rugs, two small dogs and 3 young boys. My steam and sweep cleans my floor, it does the job. Dark floors show every spot of dust and particles. The steam and sweep absolutely cleans my floors spotless. I also take the mop pad off when I am done with the wood floors and run it over my area rugs to sanitize them.
I really love it.
The only thing I would change is that it doesn't get into the corners very well.
Overall it is dependable and efficient.

This product sounded like a dream come true. I have used it twice and I am very dissappointed. The vacumn "sweep" features does not pick up crumbs on the floor. The cleaning pad gets dirty before I even use the steam feature. Therefore, the floor area I just "swept" does not come clean.

I purchased the steam&Sweep because I have all hardwoods on the first floor of my house. Figured I could sweep and mop at the same time what could be better than to cut my job in half? Not gonna happen with this steamer. It did vacume but not in corners or along most edges. The steamer left streaks all over my floor did not clean at all! I would not reccomend this mop at all.

Wow.....cant believe i wasted my time! This didnt pick up any pet hair off my floors! ...even though i bought the steam and mop PET! "It clearly states on the box picks up pet hair and steams away messes in one step" bissell company...what step is that....when i throw this out and get on my hands and knees to clean? All this thing did was pushed the pet hair and dirt into the corners...it didnt pick up anything. I understand its a sweeper but then dont put on the box 'picks up pet hair' ... it does no such thing!

i gave it one star because i had to give it something this is the worst piece of junk i have ever seen. The store wont take it back so i am stick with it until trash day . i have never thought too much of bissel products and this alarmingly lousy thing is why

I have never written a review before but can't let this go. The steam and sweep is the worse floor cleaning product I have ever used. I have to go back and clean the corners and sides of the room after I have used it. It gets good and hot but hardly picks up anything. I have seen similar reviews on other sites but not on the actual Bissel site. Wish I could return it because I am currently unable to use it. If Bissel wants a "real" test house, try mine....two dogs/cats and kids. Not a set up test.

I like the unit just fine but after about two or three uses the pads seem to want to curl as I am cleaning.
We wash them every time so it's not grime on them. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
Does anyone else have this problem?

My tile floors have never been SO-O-O clean! It picks up all the dirt and hair easily. No more mops for me or getting down on my hands and knees to clean my tile floors.
