Rated 5 out of 5 by cleaning after dogs I have 2 dogs and with all the rain and the dogs running in and out my stairs got kinda dirty. Thanks to Bissell I have the little SpotClean and this one is the best. I used the OXYgenBoost cleaning formula. The machine is lightweight, easy to carry around and the deep reach brush is amazing, really gets the stains and dirt out. My stairs look like new. Thank you Bissel for sending me the SpotClean. I need to use it again, but am hesitant because of the fairly large tan stain it left on my carpet where the machine was sitting. I thought it would disappear with drying, but it is still there. Also when I went to empty the dirty water, the container dripped all the way to the sink. It also sprayed all over the carpet, including me when using the Deep Reach tool. I thought I had it far enough into the carpet. Disappointed! May 17, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by CLEANED WELL BUT LEAKED WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF OPENING THE BOX While the machine cleaned well, it leaked within 10 minutes of opening the box. Bissell wanted me to bring it to an authorized repair dealer, I'd rather return it since I didn't buy a reconditioned item, I bought a NEW product. It does clean well, but I guess I got a defective one. May 8, 2013

I have a dog who had quite a few accidents while being house trained, and although I had used other pet carpet cleaners there were still stains! I had just kind of resigned myself to the fact that I would have to live with it. But I kept seeing Bissell commercials (kudos to your Marketing and Advertising folks for the perfectly placed ads) and decided to give this a try. And it worked. Literally the stains are gone!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Actually Cleaned my Dog's "Accident" Oh Bissell, I am not one to EVER write reviews however, I had to write regarding an incident that occurred with my dog last night. Apparently my poor pup had 3 serious bouts of stomach issues around 5 a.m. and managed to leave 3 large piles of something unidentifiable. Two were embedded in my daughters pink shag carpet and one on a low pile cream colored carpet in front of my eldest son's room. Now, I am not very good with these types of accidents. Area rugs and towels typically get thrown away in our home when this occurs. I know, I know I am sure you are thinking "TMI"-too much information about your dog and life lady. So my first thought was ..."Oh no I am going to have to replace this carpet" I immediately jumped online and started researching steam vacuums so I could run out and purchase something and get the "issue" dealt with in a timely manner. I was looking for something portable as our home is a bit on the larger side and I wanted to be able to easily carry it up and down the stairs, etc.. All reviews lead me to the Bissell Spot Clean. It took two Large Box retail stores to find it. as the first one was out of stock on this item. I Bought it, brought it home and with a little effort it seriously removed all 3 stains! I actually could not believe it. My children came home from school and my oldest said "wow, I cannot believe that actually came out" This saved me both the expense of a professional steam cleaner and/or a trip to the carpet store. Thank you Bissell!!!! Now if you could only solve my dog's shedding and dog hair issue! My current two vacuums, one which was remotely expensive, DO NOT seem to get the matted dog hair off of the few shag rugs in our home, regardless of everyday vacuuming. Suggestions are welcomed! Rated 5 out of 5 by Spotclean Portable deep cleaner I received this machine in Feburary just before I had to have elbow surgery and am just now getting around to using it. I love this little guy! With a grandchild and a 80lb Golden Retreiver the light cream color of the seats in my car were a mess!! Not anymore though! It is very easy to use and with a little scrubbing the stains came right out! It also worked very nicely on some spots on my stairs! April 29, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Spotclean Portable Spot is correct. I used on large mess water settings and it only cleans a small spot. I can't even imagine what it would do on small mess level. Takes lots of cleaner and the cleaner is expensive. Would not clean stairs without refill for each stair. That could really get expensive. Only works on very small spots(size of a luncheon plate) but it does clean a small spot well. April 25, 2013

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
