Rated 5 out of 5 by cleaning after dogs I have 2 dogs and with all the rain and the dogs running in and out my stairs got kinda dirty. Thanks to Bissell I have the little SpotClean and this one is the best. I used the OXYgenBoost cleaning formula. The machine is lightweight, easy to carry around and the deep reach brush is amazing, really gets the stains and dirt out. My stairs look like new. Thank you Bissel for sending me the SpotClean. Rated 1 out of 5 by leaks profusely Over the past several years I've used a Bissell "little Green" machine for two life cycles and both worked superb. Ultimately I just wore them out. No problem. I purchased a new SportClean 5207 at Lowes about 4 weeks ago. My experiences are as follows: 1. Collection tank leaked out the bottom when lifted to dump. Not good. 2. Several times the very wimpy rubber bladder on the bottom literall fell out when the collection tank was lifted. 3. If the collection tank wasn't put 1000% correctly in place dirty water would leak literally out the bottom of the clean machine onto the carpet. 4. The suction is weak. 5. Machine is very, very loud. 6. When I sucked clean rinse water to clean the hose the collection tank bladder made a funny sound and stopped me from pulling clean rinse water thru. 7. The spray nozzle didn't spray enough cleaning solution to be effective. I took this machine back to Lowes and got another one thinking I had just one bad machine. And the second one was the same, nothing but problems. SOLUTION I took the second one back, then bought a new old-school "little green machine" and I'm back stylin' and cleanin' like my original two Bissell cleaning machines did for many years. Love the "Little Green Machine." I did not like the Spotclean 5207. It's not up to the standards Bissell has set for itself and customers have come to expect from Bissell. I believe Bissell should take the Spotclean 5207 off the market and simply bring back the older school cleaners that are, and have always been, FANTASTIC! June 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not what I expected Not what I expected. I bought a cleaner with a heating element to keep the hot tap water hot. Which it did not. was cold within a few minutes. I bought a cleaner to clean upholstery and carpet inside our boat and cars plus the couches and chairs. The Machine leaked badly, I thought it was from the dirty tank not being seated but it was coming out of the vent in the housing. The deep cleaning tool sprayed sideways, it didnt matter how much pressure I used. It still sprayed everywhere except where it was intended. a couple times hitting me in the face when I was cleaning a vertical surface. I had to hold my free hand next to the tool to help direct the cleaning solution to the area I was "trying" to clean. When i held the 3" tool above the base, it would leak out of the connection to the hose. The hose is too short, but I expected that. I am disappointed in this machine as a whole. I do like the compact design and it was easy to put together and fill. The brand name Bissell used to mean something. May 26, 2013

I need to use it again, but am hesitant because of the fairly large tan stain it left on my carpet where the machine was sitting. I thought it would disappear with drying, but it is still there. Also when I went to empty the dirty water, the container dripped all the way to the sink. It also sprayed all over the carpet, including me when using the Deep Reach tool. I thought I had it far enough into the carpet. Disappointed! May 17, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by CLEANED WELL BUT LEAKED WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF OPENING THE BOX While the machine cleaned well, it leaked within 10 minutes of opening the box. Bissell wanted me to bring it to an authorized repair dealer, I'd rather return it since I didn't buy a reconditioned item, I bought a NEW product. It does clean well, but I guess I got a defective one. May 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This really works! I have to say, I was skeptical that this would remove the months old stains on my carpet...but it totally did. I have a dog who had quite a few accidents while being house trained, and although I had used other pet carpet cleaners there were still stains! I had just kind of resigned myself to the fact that I would have to live with it. But I kept seeing Bissell commercials (kudos to your Marketing and Advertising folks for the perfectly placed ads) and decided to give this a try. And it worked. Literally the stains are gone!! I would absolutely recommend the SpotClean! May 2, 2013

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
