Spilled a cup of tea on brand new Karastan Smartstrand almost white carpet. I used all of the chemicals and techniques that Smartstrand publishes and what they told me when calling their help-desk. Some of the stain came out but not enough.
So I bought the SpotClean Pro and two days later (it arrived very fast) I went after it with this machine using the Smartstrand approved chemicals . More of the stain came out but not all. I did not use the chemical that came with the machine since it was not on the list of approved chemicals shown by Karastan carpets and I do not want to void my stain proof 10 year warranty.
So in summary, this machine helped but did NOT do the trick and that was after three serious attempts.
I now must hire a qualified and properly certified carpet hot extraction cleaning company to get out the stain. I have not given up on the SpotClean Pro but on this stain it did not do the job.

I am so glad I purchased it, this little machine is saving my sanity, my dog is sick and he has a lot of accident, it is so easy to use and put away, just like it never happened, I also cleaned my bedroom with it, it is small and has a lot of small areas, it has a lot of power and it does not take long to dry and the two size brushes are so handy, thank you Bissell.

I had the lil green machine before this one and the only reason I got this one is because it was lot easier to keep clean. I love the lil cleaners they are allot easier to use than the big ones that u have to drag out to use. I have 2 animals and even though my dog is housebroken accidents will happen.

I had read the reviews prior to ordering this machine. I mainly got it for my vehicles. WOW what a great job it did on my wifes crew cab pickup. We purchased it used & it had been owned by a smoker. I could not believe how much dirt came out of the carpets & headliner. The extraction was the color of a strong cup of coffee. The seats are leather so couldn't use cleaner on them. Now you can get in and not smell the smoke odor. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

We purchased this a few weeks ago and have been extremely pleased thus far. Ready to go right out of the box, easy to operate. We cleaned two chairs that we purchased at an estate sale and were very happy with the results. We are in the process of moving from a rental into our own home and will finally be able to have pets, hope to not have to use it for pet stains but if the need arises very confident it will do an excellent job.

I have an old recliner that I had paid a professional to clean. However it turned out so poorly that I decided to replace it. Was unable to find a replacement chair that would work in the space. I purchased the Bissell Spot Clean Pro as a last resort.
Was absolutely amazed at how clean the chair came out. Ended up tackling some areas in carpet with great results. Extremely happy with my new Bissell product!!!

Easy to use and does a fantastic job, the products that came with it are awesome. My husband was sick for two day throwing up and managed to make a mess on my rug. Used my Rug Shampooer and not a spot remains.

This little workhorse is great! Cleaned beyond my expectations.
I got it to use on a heavily stained carpet in a van that had been used to haul trash to the dump. While the carpet does not look new (the van is a 1999 model), it came much cleaner than I expected. I was going to sell the van, but now I'm thinking about keeping it.
Also got this model to used on area rugs in the house that have "accidents."
You will be pleased with this product.

I purchased SpotClean Pro for carpeted steps. It did a fantastic job. It was easy to use. Cleaner will sit sideways on a step which helped to reach the entire set of steps. It did a fantastic job. Good suction as evidence in the discarded water. Carpet has never looked cleaner.

Long story short, if you're looking for a more portable carpet cleaner, this one will do the job. It has excellent suction to pull back out the cleaning material that you put into your carpet. The proof is in the dirty water that you empty out of the tank when you're finished. I could only find this product online. Bissell is doing themselves a disservice by not having it available in stores.

I live alone, consequently the carpet is not subject to a lot of traffic, however the doorways and kitchen area do gather dirt, liquid spot cleaners do help for a while but the spots reappear.
After using the SpotPro you could not tell the spots were ever there, I think this will allow me to go at least twice as long between commercial cleanings, which means the ProSpot will almost pay for itself with the first missed commercial cleaning.
Plus the carpet looks better between cleanings.

Love the spotclean pro. It is great at getting the accident up from our little dog. It is lite weight and very easy to use. I have recommended it to everyone.
The only problem I had was you did not deliver it to my address. I was very disappointed when I called customer service because I was told if I wanted it I had to go get the cleaner. I had to drive an hour and a half to get to the FedEx two town from me. I should have just bought it from the store in town.

I love this little machine! It does a great job, has a lot of suction and does exactly what I want it too. We have 4 dogs and a cat in the house and although they are house broke... well accidents happen. I was using an upright steam vac but it was such a pain to clean it up that I finally decided to get this. And am I glad I did! It 's easy to use and easy to clean up. I love that it comes with 2 cleaning tools and has a long power chord. I would recommend it. Thanks Bissell for putting out great products at a reasonable price!

So far, I have used just once. I really liked it. It was easy for me to handle since I am a senior citizen. It did an excellent job getting my material under the cushions clean. Removed water (spill) mark stains. All Bissell products are excellent.

I detail vehicles on the side & needed a new portable cleaner. I needed something small & lightweight & to be able to maneuver it around.
This fit the bill perfectly. I was really surprised at how well it did. It's fairly quiet for a cleaner & it picked up the majority of everything put down. Enough of which the interior was dry in no time. Normally I would of had to go over the last cleaners job with a big old shop vac to get up all the cleaning products. Not here, it honestly did a great job! My ONLY dislike about this cleaner is the length of the hose. Another foot would make a nice difference & 2 additional feet would be perfect. But don't let that stop you from getting this unit. It's long enough to do what I did, but I just prefer a slightly longer hose, only personal preference. The supplied cleaner did an amazing job at getting the carpets clean & had a pleasant scent. Even the cleanup of the unit was quick & easy. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

This is a very good unit for carpet stairs and spot cleaning. Very easy to setup, use, and clean afterwards. Very good suction leaves for carpet to dry quickly.
We also have the Spot Bob. Although it is easy to use due to its automation, depending on the type of carpet, the Spot Bob may leave a circle around the spot and you can not control the force of the brushing unless you do it manually but in that case you are better off with the SpotClean Pro.
So we use the SpotClean Pro most of the time we need to clean spots or stairs.

I used my new Spotclean Pro on my carpeted steps and am very pleased with the results. This product is especially great for stairs as it is small enough to fit on the step without falling over. It is lightweight and easy to handle, but does an excellent cleaning job. I would recommend this product for anyone who has carpeted steps and to clean spills and spots.
