Rated 5 out of 5 by Set-in coffee stain...gone We recently moved into our home. The light beige carpet had a set-in brown stain that resembled coffee that was not changed when I used my regular deep cleaner. While I bought the SpotBot to clean pet messes, I thought this stain would be a real test for the machine. I first tried it using the regular formula for cleaning. It actually made the spot look worse as it brought the stain up to the surface. I let that dry thoroughly, then used the OxyGen2 formula with the set-in stain cycle. It literally erased the stain and it is impossible to tell where the stain once was. I'm a believer! This is a wonderful machine and the OxyGen2 formula is a miracle worker on stains that have dyed the carpet. September 28, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great little machine Bought for those little accidents around the house. Whether it's the dog or the grand kids this machine works great. Easy to use, does a great job. Kept looking online for the best price and found it right here on Bissell. Make sure you get extra cleaner because you'll be using this on every little spot you find. Just put on spot, turn on and let it do the work. I will be ordering another one for my daughter for Christmas. With husband, 4 kids and 1 dog she will get alot of use out of this machine. Rated 5 out of 5 by SpotBot I love the SpotBot. I work outside the home, so my little Yorkie has potty problems. The SpotBot works great. It tackles the invidivual areas quickly and cleanly. It is easy to handle and you can clean at least two areas with one fill of cleaning fluids. It also has shown me it is time to get the big Bissel cleaner out to clean the rest of the carpets. The SpotBot does a deep down clean and you can see quickly when it is time to clean the rest of the carpet. July 31, 2012

Every time I had the carpet professionally cleaned it wouldn't take 48 hours before I had new "spots" on the carpet. I was going broke with carpet cleaning bills. Then I saw the Spotbot Pet advertised on TV and figured I'd give it a try. I LOVE this machine! I have used it many times already and have not even had it a month. Thus, I have saved myself at least a couple hundred dollars already. Now I can do a full house professional cleaning twice a year and still keep the carpet clean all year long. Whoever invented this needs a BIG raise! May 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Spotbot is awesome on pet "mistakes" Have owned the spotbot now for about 1 month. Sneaky little pets frequently hide their sins, but I have been on the hunt for their treasures. Mostly it is muddy feet, but have uncovered a few mistakes. The spotbot has been a lifesaver. It has successfully removed stains and odors associated with the sneaky pets. The best feature is the set it and go. For hose operation, the water vacuum seems to be quite powerful and effective. The operation is very quiet compared to a normal cleaner, but effective enough to scare a nosy dog away. As with other reviewers, I have noted some leakage if you leave the machine sitting around with water still in the tank. Also, if you toss the hose around, you are gonna get some leakage as well. The bigger problem I think is with the user as opposed to the machine. A little better housekeeping on my part, resolved the issue of leakage. Good product, much more easier and effective than other compact cleaners. May 13, 2013

They don't suck up the water and I've had VERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wet spots on my carpet that took 10 bath towels to absorb the water. WILL NEVER@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With two three-pound Maltese pups that are puppy pad trained, imagine the canine confusion when a Water Spaniel was added to the mix. Pet messes on a grand scale! I took a filthy area of light colored carpet that was nearly black with previous attempts of cleaning, set the Bot to deep clean and walked away. Big circles of clean carpet from the circle bottom brushes! I was so amazed (and I'm such a dork!) that I burned up my phone sending the visual proof to friends with pets. Had it for a while now, still going strong. Highly recommend. May 9, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Works, but leaves you carpet soaked I bought this to clean up after our office cat. I now have several 6" round bright spots in our carpet. I tried it on several different kinds of stains. It works very good, but leaves the carpet soaked. I've tried using the hose to suck up some of the extra water. That doesn't work very well either. If it wasn't for this, I would give it 5 stars. May 9, 2013

When will my order arrive?
After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options: standard (5-7 business days) and expedited (3-5 business days). Next to each option is a delivery estimate date window, which will calculate dates including "business days" and determine when your shipment will arrive. 

 

How are estimated delivery dates calculated?

  • Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day process and ship on the same day. Business days count forward from there.
  • Orders placed after 3pm ET or on weekends/holidays will process and ship the following business day. Business days count forward from there.

 

What are considered business days?
Business days include Monday–Friday and exclude holidays. Holidays in 2013 include: March 29, May 27, July 4, September 2, November 28, November, 29, December 24, and December 25.

 

When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent to you in an email about 24-48 hours after your order ships. This delay allows the shipment to be processed by the shipment carrier’s website. However, don’t fret! Your order will still arrive within the original estimated window.

The email will arrive with the subject, “Your BISSELL shipping confirmation”. You can also visit the View Your Order page anytime to find the latest status of your order, including its tracking number once it has shipped.

 

What carrier will be used to ship my order?
BISSELL uses multiple carriers to ship products. The carrier who ships your order is selected by our shipping department and depends on many factors including items purchased, delivery address, warehouse inventory levels, and more.

 

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email and will be available on the View Your Order page.

 

What about orders outside of the continental US?
Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days.

 

What about P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses?
If you have a P.O. Box, an APO or a military address, you will need to place your order over the phone by calling BISSELL Customer Care at 1-800-237-7691 during these hours:
Monday- Friday: 8am to 10pm ET
Saturdays: 9am to 8pm ET
Sundays: 10am to 7pm ET

Return Policy

BISSELL.com’s return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.*
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Pay just $4.95 in return shipping
*For safety reasons, cleaning formula purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order.
  2. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned. A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your bill.
  3. Take the package to an authorized ship center, or if you would like to schedule a pick-up call the FedEx Return Program at (888) 777-6040.

Refund Information:

Once we receive the merchandise, it will be inspected to make sure it meets quality standards. BISSELL Inc. reserves the right to deny refund for returned merchandise which appears to be excessively used or abused.

The refund will be issued in either check or credit format based on the original purchase once the return has been processed at our facility. Note that the original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

If you are out of the 30 day window for returns, refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide.
