We have used the ProHeat System twice since we purchased it. The first just one room. Yesterday we cleaned all of the rooms in our condo. It cleaned the carpet better than when we had a professional service do it. Will recommend it to all or family and friends.

Does a wonderful job but after only using it about 4 times it stopped spraying...just after the warranty was expired. Seems the heating element is dead rendering it useless. Plus I have to ship it off for repair due to lack of dealer in my area. Should at least be an easily replaceable part as I found out this is a common problem.

THIS DEEP CLEANER IS VERY GOOD AND QUICK TO CLEAN MY CARPETS. I HAVE TWO DOGS, A BASSET HOUND AND A COLLIE, I VACUUM WITH MY MOMENTUM VACUUM FIRST,THEN USE THE DEEP CLEANER AND IT MAKES MY CARPET LIKE NEW AND IT HAS GROOMED MY CARPET BACK TO NEW. ITS AN A-PLUS CLEANER THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH PETS. DONT WAIT GET ONE NOW!

I am very pleased with the Bissell Deep Cleaning System after my first carpet shampooing. It was a breeze to assemble, to prep, & amazingly to cleanup afterwards too. It is also lightweight which made cleaning my carpets much quicker & efficient.

To be honest, when I first got the Proheat, I let it sit in the box about a week thinking it would be difficult to assemble and use. It was very easy to assemble and it is easy to use. It works fantastic. I have a light colored carpet and it had high traffic stains, etc. This machine got up the stains and our carpet looks great. It is a very reasonable price and does a fantastic job.

Easy to use, it cleans very well, even stairs and corners.
Great idea to open in front to clean it easily and the detergent goes directly into the water, saving time.

I used the Pro Heat for my carpets and it did a good job but when I did the steps the spray comes flying out sideways. I used both attachments,
I sent an email to Bissell and they said that's the way its works.
I don't think so.
Not good for steps.
I will just use it for carpets.

I like this machine but wish it had a way of letting you know when your scrubbing water is low or out. If you're not watching the cannister constantly to see if fluid is being pulled back up, you don't notice that you are no longer spraying wash liquid down onto rug.

The troubleshooting steps in the manual are lacking. For example, it lists possible causes of no spray. None of the remedies work.
Last Bissell product I will ever buy.

I live in an apartment and my carpet had not been shampooed in years. After one cleaning it looks great!!!
I'm going do another cleaning and I have no doubt my carpet will look near-new!

I purchased my new Pro Heat after my 4 year old Hoover steam cleaner died. I could no longer use it, and repairing it was out of the question.
The Bissell Pro Heat is without a doubt a better designed machine. Easy to work with and quiet to use. I was a little optimistic about the 2-in-1 tank , but that feature really is a great idea.
The floating brush really brings up the nap on traffic areas and makes carpeting look brand new.

I used my my Bissell Deep Cleaning Machine for the first time today. It was used on a carpet at my beach house and did an excellent job. It cleaned the heavy traffic areas as well as other areas, machine is light and is easy to use. Recommend it highly. Thanks Mike

I couldn't believe how well my ProHeat Deep Cleaning System worked. We have a dog and 3 cats. Every time I would use the machine in a new area the hair that it would pick up was just amazing. What a great machine and at a reasonable price.

I love my Bissell ProHeat. In the past I had another brand but it was so hard to clean the machine after using. The ProHeat is a breeze to clean after using and is so easy to use while cleaning the carpet. It does a great job!! I bought the the ProHeat because my daughter has one and loves it. The only negative is the upholstery brush that came with mine is too small to clean a large area.

Our carpet (five rooms/stairs) had been cleaned in 2011 by a professional company (unnamed). If I were to rate their work it would have been 3 stars. So this year I decided to purchase a pro heat. I found the use of the machine very easy. I used it to clean around the wood work and all carpeted areas following the enclosed instructions. I used Bissell pretreatment then the proper amount of solution. The results were actually better then the job done by pros which I paid over $280 on special to do. Good machine, already paid for itself.

I purchased this product and when I assembled it I was very dissapointed. The salution tank was very small. When I tried to use it the unit kept acting like it was out of salution or stopped up. I returned it to the store and noticed that others like it had been returned by other customers.

Ive used my Bissell 3 or 4 times and the upholstery cleaner stopped spraying. My vacuum technician told me its a common problem...but after 3 times? Otherwise it works great...but if your looking to clean your upholstery then I do not recommend it.

We originally bought this to cut down on carpet cleaning costs for our rental unit but ended up using it at home, too! It cleans the kids rooms and playroom beautifully and gives the furniture a nice, deep clean. We just purchased the hard floor adapter, we can't wait to use that.

My second one just broke down. They are easy to use, clean wonderfully BUT not really reliable.The first one I purchased lasted around two years then every motor in it just gave up the will to live. First it wouldn't spray, then after it was fixed the hose leaked, then it wouldn't suck up any liquid. I have two small children under three, watch two more, and have pets I use mine a lot. While it worked it was a life saver, so I bought another and paid for a warranty from the store we purchased from. a few months after out warranty was up this one has also stopped sucking up any liquid. It will dispense. It sounds like it always does but leaves a carpet full of water. I've tried every trouble shooting trick they've listed. I think it is just time to invest in a more expensive machine and different brand.

Finally broke down and purchased a rug cleaner. Love the ease of filling the tank and the heat water feature. The added wand/tool feature is very handy for both funiture and hard to reach carpet areas. First pass/use was easy and picked up a lot of dirt. This will be great to keep the carpets in clean, tip top shape.

My new Bissell has proven it was worth it. I needed to clean my 2 carpets, thanks to our beagle while we were on vacation. Although we had a person staying with the dog, he decided to get even. However, once we returned I needed a replacement Bissell deep cleaner. (threw my last one out 1 wk earlier). This particular carpet shampooer is the BEST. It cleaned the carpet and got 95% of the water, bissell cleaning solution out of the carpet as well. I was very impressed with its job as I have been with the Bissell products.

So I totally was in love with my steam cleaner..I have had my vacume now for about three years or so...never had a problem and loved it...and now recently it won't spray when i press on the handle and it won't suck when I even use the tool...please help...I really don't want to throw it away....I also recently purchased a Pet Spot Cleaner and so far am happy with it..but I would love to clean the rest of my carpet...Please help...what is causing this problem

I purchased this machine and used it once. I was surprised it lifted the little 'dingle balls' that built up over time. Also, was surprised the pro-heat lifted nearly all of an ironing burn my ex-wife left on the bedroom carpet. One real drawback is the numerous times ones must fill the cleaning container - not that great for large jobs. The unit was easy to measure - mix and prepare cleaning fluid.

I got this machine and used only one time, and it stopped working at all. There is no water sprayed to the carpet at all. That;s it. Seems like I wasted money on this.

this is my second x2 machine and it is one wonderful machine.
when we sold our home we left a near new machine. this was one of the first items I purchased for our new home here in Texas. they work great. they are easy to use. the carpet is near dry when you use them as directed.
